The League of Education Voters works to improve Washington’s public schools through a grassroots statewide network of advocates. LEV is a 501(c)4 social welfare organization that has been registered as a Washington State not for profit corporation since 2001.

Vision
- Every student in Washington State has an equal and adequate opportunity to succeed in school and in life:
- Every child starts school ready to succeed.
- Every student has the good teachers, small class sizes, and extra help he or she needs to meet K-12 standards. Every student who earns the opportunity for advanced training can enroll in a community college or university, with financial aid if needed.

Everett schools spread word on college financial aid opportunities
1/5/2009The Everett School District plans to send a letter today to all high school seniors outlining college financial aid opportunities.
"Essentially, our focus is to get all kids college ready," said Mary Waggoner, a school district spokeswoman. "In doing that, there is an obligation to get more information to parents" to help finance college.
